How much is the application fee?
The application fee is $50 per adult applicant. Background checks will be conducted upon application. This application fee is non-refundable.
How much is the security deposit?
The security deposit is $500 for each residence. This is fully refundable at the end of the lease term, pending a damage assessment.
Are pets allowed?
Yes! We welcome pets. There is a one-time, non-refundable $500 pet fee per residence. Max of two pets per residence (no weight limit). Third-party “PetScreening” profile required at an annual fee of $25 per pet. Certain breeds will require a Canine Behavior Assessment. Pet licensing through the city of Minneapolis is required.
Is storage available?
Private resident storage is available for $40-$110 per month based on size. Dimensions vary and can be provided upon request.
Do you offer flexible lease terms?
Yes! We offer flexible lease terms ranging from 3 – 15 months. Pricing may vary based on lease term selected.
Is parking available on-site?
Encore offers controlled access underground heated parking onsite. Assigned parking is available for $180 – $240 per month per stall, depending on stall type (EV Charging stalls available). Assigned spaces are limited and available on a first-come first-serve basis. 1 parking stall is included with all Penthouse residences.
Do you offer Electric-Vehicle Charging Stations?
Yes! We offer EV Charging stalls at a flat rate of either $200 or $240 per month, depending on stall type.
What utilities am I responsible for?
The resident is responsible for the payment of ALL utilities. Water, sewer, trash, and gas are charged by Management at a combined flat rate of $60/month. Electric will be established by the resident through Xcel Energy, and is individually metered and billed directly to the resident based on actual usage. Internet and cable services will be established by the resident and directly paid to the service provider by the resident. Internet and cable services are available through Comcast, US Internet, or Verizon Home Internet.
Does Encore offer balconies or patios?
The majority of our residences offer balconies and/or patios equipped with Weber gas grills. Alcove units feature Juliet balconies, which therefore do not come equipped with gas grills.
Do you have on-site management?
We have dedicated property management and maintenance staff on-site 7 days a week, with 24/7 emergency maintenance.
Is smoking allowed at Encore?
No. We are a smoke-free community.
